Announcement:

The Office of the University Ombuds for Staff will be offering remote services as part of the University’s preventative measures of spreading COVID-19 by practicing social distancing. Services remain in effect and occur through consultations via Zoom. If you’d like to schedule a consultation with our office, please email us at utombuds@austin.utexas.edu.

Why come to the Staff Ombuds?

Our office was founded by the Office of the President to provide you with a free and confidential resource for dealing with work related issues. We operate off-the-record and have assisted more than 600 new and long-term UT employees, including supervisors and postdocs.
